Herbal Connections Store Policies

Terms of Sales: Most of the products we make are all-natural and chemical-free to the best of our knowledge. However, we do occasionally use ingredients which contain trace or small amounts of unnatural things (such as a few drops of dye or extract). Anything not all-natural and/or chemical-free will be disclosed.
The products we sell are not certified “organic”.
Most of the products we sell are hand-made and hand-packaged in our home. Attention is paid towards cleanliness and quality. Packaging for our products is most often in PET plastic (BPA free) containers, tins, glass, and/or plastic bags.

Disclaimer: While having over 25 years experience with herbs we are not licensed herbalists, aromatherapists, nor are we physicians. Please don’t take our word for anything; please do your own research, or consult a doctor, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition. Payment Policy: We accept and prefer PayPal and PayPal here (similar to Square) and so can swipe your debit or credit cards. We also accept money orders, and will take personal checks local to our area. We apologize, but we cannot take Credit Cards online except through PayPal.

 


Shipping Policy: We wish shipping were not so expensive, and we wish we were a big enough company to offer our customers lower shipping (maybe someday!) but we’ve done our best to keep shipping low for you. Shipping is most often processed within 48 hours. If there would happen to be a longer delay, we’ll stay in touch with you.
Products are delivered via USPS. We most often ship via Priority Mail which should be delivered in 1 to 3 business days. Tracking and insurance is included. We’ve also added a small handling fee.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total:
  • $0.00 – $49.99………………..$8.75
  • $50.00 – $99.99…………….$6.25
  • $100.00+…………………..FREE!
Please do understand, once your package is delivered by us to the Post Office we have no control of when it gets to you. If it’s late, please use your tracking number and consult with the Post Office.

 


Local Pick Up: You may visit us at our Herbal Connections Store (which is in our home) and make purchases there by check or cash. Or if you’d like to order and pay online with PayPal and then come pick up your order, select “local pick up” during check out.
We’re 2 1/2 mi East of Barnsdall, OK off of Hwy 11, and are 20-25 minutes from Bartlesville, Pawhuska, and Skiatook.

If you are local, and have ordered and paid online, and are a regular customer of ours we’d be willing to meet you at a convenient time for both of us in Barnsdall or Bartlesville.  Message us if you’d like more info on this option.

Return Policy: We aim to please our customers and will work to resolve any negative issues, but please be aware that since our products are mostly personal care items, for safety reasons we do not do returns. Therefore please be certain of what you’re ordering, and ask questions BEFORE you purchase.
