Description
Directions: For best results use in a diffuser, or apply to a tissue or cottonball and keep near the face. May use on the bottoms of your feet also.
Ingredients: essential oils of Lavender, Cedarwood, Bergamot, and Sweet Orange
Cautions: Essential oils are not just fragrances but very powerful medicines and should be used responsibly. Please test on a small area of your skin first to make sure you are not sensitive. With the exception of the bottoms of your feet, applying a small amount of olive oil to your skin along with the essential oils is recommended if the blend does not already have oil in it. Keep out of reach of children.

When I am having trouble going back to sleep after having woken up, per usual, after about 4-5 hours of sleep, I just put a couple drops of this blend on either side of my pillow. That way I can lay my head in either direction & smell it. Breathing in deeply relaxes me & clears my mind. Just when I think it’s not going to help I’ll be dozing off so calmly. I can’t explain how this blend affects me. But, it really does induce sleep no matter how long I’ve been trying to relax & breathe deeply without it.
