Description
Directions: Put 2 teaspoons of tea into a large mug of freshly boiled water. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain into another cup and add sweetner of choice. Drink and enjoy!
Ingredients include:
Linden flowers: Commonly used for people with high blood pressure, throbbing headaches, shortness of breath to improve sleep and for helping with tension and restlessness.
Hawthorne Berry powder: Commonly used for folks with high blood pressure; it’s been shown to normalize cholesterol levels and reduce inflammation
Goldenrod: a good source of rutin which is well-known for its antioxidant benefits and is especially beneficial for heart health.
Rose petals: added for flavor…. mmmmm!
