If there’s ever been a time where strengthening your immune system is a good idea, it’s now. With that in mind we’ve put together all you need to make your own elderberry tonic. You can add raw honey to it to make syrup, or just drink it as a daily infusion (tea), or even use the herbs to make your own tincture by adding vodka. Instructions and recipes are in the packet for any added ingredients you’ll need.
